AANI (Proposed National Secretariat)
In an effort to boost the image of AANI, its charismatic National Executive Council, under the leadership and kind attention of Lt. General J. T. Useni, mni was able to secure a parcel of land in the prime cadastral zone A5 of Maitama District, Abuja.  This land is plot 417, located along Shuhu SHAGARI Way, just a stone throw from Nicon Nuga Hilton hotel in Abuja.

Design Philosophy
The design of a building, like the AANI head quarters, located at such a strategic site, should take into account not only the prestige and status of the organisation, but also the value of the land.

The image of the National Institute for Policy and strategic studies is by and large the image of the whole nation.  Consequently, any structure which is linked to the National Institute, no matter how remotely, should portray the dignity and maturity of the institute and its Alumni body.  Abuja, the location of the project in a fast growing city, is becoming not only a national, but also an international city.

The philosophy of this design therefore is the symbolization of the prestige, dignity and maturity of AANI through design.  This has been realized by a careful combination of functional but simplistic forms, and optimal utilization of the latest building technology and materials.
