Administration
The office of the Sec/Director of Administration and Finance has functioned effectively and assumed absolute
control of the entire administration of the Institute with the help of its operational units.
Department of Studies
The Studies Department is headed by a Director who is assisted
by four seasoned and experienced resource persons serving as moderators. The department is responsible for the designing of studies programmes for the participants of Senior Executive Courses.
Department of Research
The Research Department is headed by a Director who is assisted by a team of research Fellows in carefully chosen disciplines. The department is required, in accordance with the
National Institute Decree, to carry out policy-oriented research "into the social, economic, security, scientific, cultural and other problems facing the country" and to "present in usable forms, the
