NOTICE OF 30TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Alumni Association of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru (AANI) is scheduled to hold from 10 am on Saturday 6th March 2010 at the Atiku AbubakarAuditorium, Shehu Musa Yar'Adua Centre,Abuja. Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Minutes of Last Meeting.
Matters Arising from Minutes of Last Meeting.
The Annual Report of the Secretary-General.
The Report of the Accounts of the Previous Year.
Appointment of Auditors and their Remuneration.
Amendment of the Constitution.
Any Other Business.

Any member who wishes to place an item on the afore-stated Agenda may do so, provided he/she gives a written notice to the Secretary-General not later than 20th February 2010.
